We have been spending a lot of our time practising our Tuhituhi skills in Room 8. We are learning about the different ways to hook in the reader with our writing and using precise verbs and nouns to convey our emotions.
We talked about our shared experiences - one being a ride on at a theme park or carnival.
Planning ideas for how we would feel, what we would hear, what we would see helps us to focus our writing even more and give greater detail.

This is such a clever way of planning writing Room 8. It gives your audience an idea of what you're thinking which will make them want to read more and maybe give you ideas of what to include!
